Peanutbutter: A special honey-pot security daemon

Peanutbutter is a special honey-pot security daemon. It supports a number of protocols, easily configured, and listens for incoming connections and adds them to a master list of known IP addresses. Each IP added to the list is ran through a LUA script permitting the usage of external firewall support for blocking known rouge IP addresses. Additionally, the software employes artificial intelligence in captured IP addresses to automatically perform a number of useful features. Both the artificial intelligence employed and the Lua script are fully configurable and extendable.

In addition, it operates as a swarm when used with any number of servers configured - by automatically reacting and learning; enabling an orginization to minimize network security related problems.
